Being a vegetarian you must have heard that vegetarian food doesn't have a complete protein profile but it is a half-knowledge. Yes, vegetarian food indeed doesn't have a complete protein profile but when we combine one food with another food. When we combine one grain with another grain this combination provides us the complete protein profile. With is combination vegetarian not only get a complete protein profile but also gets the right amount of other micronutrients as well as macronutrients.

Begin an Indian it is our ancient wisdom. Our ancestor know this very well hence they always combined rice with dal which is a basic Indian food and provide complete protein. So enjoy being vegetarian.

It is essential to combine your cereals with pulses. Combing and eating the combination of cereals and pulses gives your body a complete profile of the essential amino acid. and amino acid is the building block of the protein.

The function of protein:

Proteins are essential for our body as they contribute to many physiological reactions of the body, protein helps maintain the structure of genetic material Like RNA and DNA, and amino acids give strength to the muscle, and also help maintain the good health of the skin and hair, etc.

Cereals are a kind of edible grains composed of endosperm, germ, and bran. grain can be cooked and eaten whole.
