Your meal is the first and last line of your defense immune system and it helps create the right environment in your body and cherish the right energy in your body along with nourishing your body with fulfilling the right nutrition. That helps your body to do its function properly without any disturbance. For Example, walking, talking, the ability to do your daily work, etc.
A balanced nutrition meal is the only source of energy for the body. It works therapeutically in your body. It repairs your damaged cells, helps in cell division and muscle growth, and tissue repair.
Apart from this, it feeds the good bacteria in your gut which again helps in regulate the right coordination of the hormones signaling and prevents metabolic syndromes like, Obesity, Diabetes, Thyroid issues, PCOD/PCOS, etc
A balanced nutrition meal includes a variety of food in the right proportion which helps you to achieve your health or fitness goal and boost your immunity.
A balanced nutrition meal should have Good Carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, minerals, and vitamins.
Good Carbohydrate sources could be Whole grains like Wheat, sorghum, oats, Unpolished Rice, and Millets like ragi, Jowar, Bajra, quinoa, etc.
Sources of Good proteins could include Lentils, Pulses, and Dairy products like paneer, milk, and chess. You could also add non-vegetarian sources of protein like Chicken and eggs, Fatty fish, etc.
Sources of good fat could include Ghee, Olive oil, Mustard oil, and Coconut oil. full-fat dairy product etc.
Sources of Fibers, Mineral, and vitamins include Fresh fruits and fresh vegetable
Fresh vegetables like Green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomato, pumpkin cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
Fresh and low Glycemic index Fruits and seasonal fruits like Oranges, Plum, Kiwi, Pomegranate, Papaya, Pineapple, pears, guava, apples, etc.
A balanced meal helps in Hormonal balancing and flushes out toxins from the body, maintains gut health, improves gut flora and bacteria and organ cleaning, and keeps you bay from many diseases like acidity, flatulence, indigestion bloating, PCOD/PCOS, diabetes, cardiac diseases, etc.
